Adobe Premier Timeline

Hi,

I can't make very precise adjustments when dragging an object left or right on the timeline in Adobe Premiere; the time jumps too far apart. How can I drag objects with shorter intervals? I remember there was a setting once I have seen it on a youtube video but I can not find it anymore.

How far is the material jumping? Video can only be moved in whole frame intervals. Audio can be moved at sample intervals if 'Audio Time Units' are selected for the timecode display.
