Adobe Premiere 15.4.1 intall download

I currently am working with an editor who works off of version 15.4.1, is there a way to find that and install? Because it is currently not available on Adobe CC.

Thanks for the reply! I tried this earlier before posting and they told me the only version they could give me was 15.0

If you are a bit more persuasive or try a different agent. They might give you 15.4.
