Adobe Premiere 3D basic effect?

I am using the 3d Basic effect. I want to rotate some text using "Tilt". I want the text to basically rotate in place, with the axis dividing the text in half horizontally.

However, the rotation axis appears to be an inch above the text, so when i run a tilt it make a wide circle above itself.

I would like to change this axis to where i need it. i don't see any options to do that? I would appreciate any help you can give to know how i can change this axis to make the rotation tighter. thanks!

Both axis are right in the middle of the frame.

You will have to place the text in the center of the frame,

Move the anchor point of the text half way up the text.

add 3D basic do the tilt.

Nest and move the text to the desired place.

Make your text in Photoshop on a transparent canvas so that the the text is in the center.  Save it as a psd and then import it into Premiere Pro.
