I have been trying to import a collection of five .mp3 audio files into my premiere project but two of the files have been returning the "unspecified error occurred while performing a conform action" message. Both of the files also play with no issues on my system, just the same as the recordings that are able to be added to the project.
I have not been able to find any fixes to this issue online, all I have seen is the suggestion of clearing the media cache which I have done and making sure the program is fully updated which I've now checked multiple times.
I have also tried running these files through media encoder and all that happened was that all the audio was cut out.
Is there any info on what could be causing this as it hasn't been done on all of these files and they were all recorded on the same device? The files returning the error were recorded in the middle of a shoot day so it can't even be that something happened to the mic during the day.
Any help is greatly appreciated from minds more knowledgeable than mine!
