Adobe Premiere (and other products) stuck on NGL-STG pop up window

I am unable to access my Adobe Premiere (and other products) because of a pop up window with the letters NGL-STG in the upper right hand corner. I figured out that this has something to do with having multiple computers with active Adobe account.

Before, you would get a pop-up that would allow you to deactivate the other computers and go about your business. Now, I'm dead in the water with no way of getting projects done.

A co-worker gave me a solution. Use the link <account.adobe.com/sessions> to deactivate all platforms that are running your Adobe subscription. Re-log back in Adobe and you should have access to the programs. Worked brilliantly for me.
