Adobe Premiere CC 2014 Stabilizer

Hey there, I'm running into an issue trying to use the stabilizer in adobe premiere CC 2014. In all of the other tutorials and threads I have read, people show screenshots of more options to change the settings under the warp stabilizer and there are none available on my system. I've tried searching and right clicking and double clicking and nothing. There appears to be no way to change the warp stabilizer settings. Am I missing something? Please help!
