Adobe premiere keep crashing lagging 2023

hi,

i have updated adobe premiere pro last version  2023

i updated my nvidia card

and updated my windows 11

 

deleted the app and reinstall

deleted all the preferences

 

lower the play back resolution

and done all things that may lag my playback..

 

the whole labtop lag and crash when i hit the play button to check my work !!

i cannot even close the app !!

its a very simple video editing, somthing is wrong 

PLEASE HELP

Processor : 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900H 2.50 GHz

RAM 16

Card : NVIDIA RTX 3060 STUDIO DRIVER

I have exactly the same problem when I work with prores quick time , the videos were shot on an iphone

and so, I noticed one pattern. my project consisted entirely of videos in apple pro-res quicktime, shot on iphone 13. I consulted with a friend of the video operator and editor and he confirmed that pro-res does not work very well with premiere pro yet

at the same time, I opened old projects with videos of another codec and everything worked as stable as possible
