Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5

I have a full version of Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Hard drive failed, when program was restored to new hard drive it tries to activate. I get the message "We are sorry the activation system is not available at this time." It is my understanding that is because Adobe shut down the site permanently. How can I activate Premiere Pro or get a replacement.
