Adobe premiere pro 2020!!!! problems importing MOV (Apple Quick Time File) !!!! how do I fix it????

Adobe premiere pro 2020!!!! why is there a black screen or a green screen and a message on a pink background in the lower right corner of the preview window when importing files with the mov extension??????

    A green screen usually means there is an issue with the gpu.

    Make sure you have the latest driver installed.

    Might want to run the files through Handbrake and resave.

      usually a corrupt media file or problematic hard drive (in which case it's still a corrupt file). Try rendering again to a new location.
