Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 playback isn't working with just linked files

Hello,

I'm having a very odd issue with Premiere Pro 2021.

I just started re-working on a project containing a documentary. Previously the files were on another HD and been used on another computer.

I have transferred everything on another Hard disk and I clearly had to relink all the files when I reopened my premiere project.
The problem is that the files are now correctly linked in the timeline but in the playback window (the one at the right) I can't see anything...it keeps on displaying the red screen that says that the files are unlinked, but I can clearly hear the sound and see that the files are there.

If a press "F" on a linked clip from the timeline I can see the images on the window at the left without any problem, that proves that the filese are correctly linked, but the playback doesn't work at all.

You'll find a screenshot in the attachment (you'll see that the yellow clip is displayed in the left window, revealed in project but not shown in the playback window, that happen with all the clips).

Can somebody help me?

Thank you very much 🙂

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Re-link this separate clip. Haven't NEST been used before with this non-displaying clip?
