Adobe Premiere Pro 2021 Stuck On Loading (v15)

I recently installed Adobe Premiere 2022, but I found that on the loading screen - it got stuck on Loading BlowApart.prm. It just stays like the that and It won't move. Then, I tried downgrading to Adobe Premiere Pro 2021, and the same problem occured. There are no posts on this or youtube videos that are helpfull with this.

Remove BlowApart what ever that is. Certainly not part of Premiere. Plugin?

I don't remember installing plugins.

I've also tried searching it in the file location but I can't find it.

Do a windows search or google.

Nothing works. No videos, helpful searches, nothing.

Sorry. Uninstall New Blue Effects. Update the plug-in package to the current version.
