Do you have an old version installed that you can capture with?

You can also get an old, used computer with Windows and a Firewire card and use these free programs:

WinDV   WinDV

HDVSplit   HDVSplit 0.77 beta

HI @Alexey330910219ukw,

I read your note. Thanks for all the info. Could this be your issue? https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/retiring-tape-based-workflows.html#set_up_an_s_video_or_composite_system. As tape capture has been removed, you may want to look into obtaining a capture utility program or the one that came with your capture card (if you are using one). Let us know if you need help with that.

Thanks,
Kevin

Tell me, is there a difference through which program to capture? It’s just that everyone recommends your program, maybe you can recommend what I should use for Canopus

I've used both WinDV and HDVSplit 0.77 beta  for capturing files with my Canopus that I've used in Premiere Pro.
