Adobe Premiere Pro cc 2017.0 crashes on startup

So i updated to the latest version of Premiere(i work in a DUTCH version), and when i want to start it up i keep getting this message, and then it closes down ...

'Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017.0 doesn't work, We are looking for a solution' (pic 1)

and then i get this error:

'There is a problem ... The program will no shut down ...' (Pic 2)

I got this on my laptop AND on my desktop. (both windows) and i also tryed re-installing, but that didn't help either

I Got some edditting to do ASAP, so could anyone plz help me with this?
