Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 crashing while launching

Question

I also have this problem, but only with premiere Pro, this problem has carried over from the last version, I haven't been able to open it ever. It always crashes.

I'm getting rather annoyed at the fact that this issue has been going on for nearly ten years and still hasn't been fixed, but money is still rolling out of my account every month.

BumpHi Creatoroblivion, Just for test, Please create a new Administrator account in Windows & test Premiere Pro. Try the steps followed by the users in the following forums, if possible. Premiere Pro CC Crashes on Splash Screen constantly Premiere Pro CC crashes on Launch Please let us know the status. Thanks, Vidya Sagar.

I figured it out, go to your appdata, roaming local, everything and delete everything you can find in folders titled premiere. Do the same in My documents. and voila.
