Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Serial number Lost

Dear Adobe I am writing here as Adobe site isn't helpful in solving this As you can see from my account I bought this product a long time ago. Full Adobe thing from Singapore Didn't properly use. Now I want to Lost the CD covers etc I have some pics of it I took for security reasons But I haven't got the serial number to activate
