Adobe Premiere Pro does not start.

Hi guys. I ran into a problem. Adobe Premiere Pro does not start. Eternal loading on the start window. I don't know what happened. But not a single Adobe application is running. Tell me, please, maybe someone has encountered? Rebooting and reinstalling do not help

    Press Shift at launch. In Reset Options, try launching without third-party plug-ins, @sa1zed_4590. Does that work? Let us know.

    What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
