Adobe Premiere Pro keeps on freezing then crashing my PC!

My adobe premier keeps on freezing and then blue screens my PC. And at times it says "application adobe premiere has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" multiple times before it crashes my PC. I am sure my PC is more than powerful to handle adobe premier. Another issue that it has is whenever I pause the video and resume it would take around 20 seconds for it to resume the video and sometimes it never resumes until I restart the application.

PC Specs:

GPU: RTX 3070 8GB

CPU: i9-9900K 3.60GHz

RAM: 32GB (I also have 24 of that ram dedicated to adobe when it's on)

No, I am using NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 516.94 since I record and stream on this PC as well.

The Game Ready drivers are notorious for not playing well with Adobe. You might want to try uninstalling them and installing the Studio Drivers. Not ideal since you play on this same PC, but testing this out would at least confirm if this is the issue or not.
