Adobe Premiere Pro Memory low problem

Hi guys I have little problem here, every since The Adobe Creative Cloud update for 2018, when I open Premiere Pro It works for a few minutes and then it say Memory low please save all project and close program. what could be the problem here please help!!!!!

Geforce GTX 770 graphics card

24gb ddr4

GTX 750ti

I think this is more a general software issue though...
