adobe premiere pro multicam editing with m2 macbook BIG LAGGING AND PROBLEMS

adobe premiere 25.2.1 pro multicam editing with m2 macbook 32g ram 15.4 (24E248) . I was working in 2024 with 6 differents 4k cameras with no issues at all  and now 2025 not even with less cameras is lagging to the point I can not keep going. I set differents configurations even with proxy and NOTHING. Please Help.

3840 × 2160 Linear PCM, H.264 (1-11-1) this is one of them.
