This is what I get after trying to install premiere pro. On their website, it says to retry but I've retried many times already. Yes, I am an administrator on this computer
and I have a slight idea why this is happening. I recently performed a factory reset on my computer because it was running too slow, and it installed fine before I did it, but
now it's not. This is probably the reason why, but I don't know how.

JYGal,

Please try these steps regarding resetting folder permissions, then let us know if this worked or not: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm not a windoze person, but I'm wondering if you have something installed that's causeing this issue.  Can you create a new user with administrator priveliges and then try the install?  Not sure exactly how this is done in windows but must be somethingh similar to what's done on a mac

tell us your system specs.  It's possible your computer is not longer compatible with the latest version of creative cloud
