Adobe Premiere Pro Template Not Opening

Good morning everyone.

Hoping someone can help.

I downloaded an Adobe Premiere Pro Template. However, when I try to open it, it won't let me. 

I get the following message: This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an associated in the Default App Setting Page.

Unfortunately, I don't really understand that message. When I go into my downloads and try to open it with an App, Premiere pro does not appear. 

Does anyone have any advice please?
