Adobe Programs Don't Work

Hello, I haven’t received any response yet, but I’m writing again. Suddenly, the captions feature in Adobe Premiere Pro stopped working on my computer, and whenever I try to open the captions panel, the program freezes. Then the text panel started freezing too, and afterward, whenever I click on any section under the “Edit” menu’s Preferences, the program freezes again. Since I couldn’t get any help, I used the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstalled the programs but after that, things got even worse: Photoshop Beta started freezing on the startup screen and wouldn’t open, and Acrobat gave a 136 error and stopped working. I really don’t understand what’s going on... Can someone please help me with this?

For reference, here are my system specifications:

  • Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v6  3.80GHz (3.79 GHz)

  • Installed RAM: 16.0 GB

  • Storage: 238 GB SSD (Micron 1100 SATA 256GB) + 932 GB HDD

  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro P2000 (5 GB)

  • System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Posting in the beta program does not mean you automatically will get help.

It is after all beta: testing and finding bugs is the main objective: if you get stuck, revert to previous version.

is this also a premier pro beta question (where your previous posts are located)?
