After effect's Linked composition slightly off-center in Premiere Pro

Recently, don't know how or when as I'm one update behind on the current up-to-date version, my linked compositions show up slightly off center (towards the right) in the Premiere Pro timeline, don't know what causes this as I haven't updated any of my settings recently, no change in source footage etc.

Never had this happen before so clueless, Google isn't much help.

Editing on windows


Pictures provides are composition in AE and then the same one as seen in Premiere Pro

I should add, just dragging the composition slightly to the left in premiere as a fix produces this as result
