I am having major issues with after effects and premiere pro. My PC has the hardware and some for these programs. The specs are: Ryzen 9 5950x, 64gb memory, NVIDIA RTX 3090, 850W power supply, 2 2TB M2 drives, an SSD and 2 hard drives for storage of old stuff. My issue is that the playback is so bad as well as the programs being insanely laggy when NOTHING is even close to 100% in my task manager.
It's like the programs aren't using the full power of the PC. Would anyone have any fixes for this? Keep in mind that everything on google and YouTube has been tried to speed these programs up but nothing has worked. I don't know what this issue is. Programs being insanely laggy with nothing on the PC even close to 100%. It's weird.
