After exporting the export screen won't close.

After I get my settings done and do an export, my export settings screen won't close.  I hit cancel.  I hit the X.  Nothing happens.  I can't close out of PP at all unless I do a task manager shut down.  I can't imagine that this is the way PP is supposed to operate.  I'm new to it but I'm pretty sure it should close.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

    After uninstalling and reinstalling twice, it appears to have gone away and is working properly.  The only problem I have now is the startup box that appears as only a sliver when I start PPro which I already have a post about.  So the reinstall fixed this issue but didn't fix the other.

    That is obviously not normal & that is not how it should work.

    Please attach a screenshot, share more details & I will try to get this fixed.
