After premiere rendering or export windows 10 can't playback any kind of video

Hello, there's a lot of time I have this issue but haven't find anything related on this.

After rendering or exporting with premiere, windows can't playback ANY video, inside premiere or with movies&tv app neither to stream from the internet(Youtube)!

So, I have to restart my PC to get playback OR change Audio Hardware settings in premiere but without having sound...

My Gpu is Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1060 6gb and my external audio card is Akai EIE pro.

And Ryzen 1600x

16gb ram.

Please let me know if you have the same issue and what I can do to resolve it.

Try a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

Hi, I had the issue where windows had a server error trying to read a second video in WMP.
