Aggravating Keyframe Issue

I'm having a strange problem with this keyframe, where when the playhead is on it, it's correctly representing the values I've set when  I view it in the playback area, but one frame past it, the video jumps to the left, but the position values aren't changing at all. There are no keyframes after this one, and it's just a simple right to left movement, I've done it hundreds of times at this point. It slides over to the correct position, and the 1 fram after the keyframe it jumps a little more to the left and stay there, and I can't even fix it with more keyframes because the values are the exact same. How do I fix this?

I had not done anything to it that I was aware of, but I was able to quickly fix the issue by adjusting that. Thank you!

I asked due to experience, shall we say?

Yea, it's at times easy to have moved the anchor point without realizing it. And when it's been moved, weird movements often follow.

I always move the anchor point to say a corner or whatever place I need it as the first step. And if down the line, I realize I'll need a different location ... I normally start over.
