AI video clip editing

I'm trying to find simpler and faster ways of editing clips of my podcast. We shoot on a single camera, and so I spend a good amount of time shifting the picture to active speaker for back and forth. Is there a way tool or something that can do this on its own? 

also, are there any new AI features for clipping? I've run across several online and wasn't sure if such a thing existed within Adobe. 

any place to learn how to use new tools/tutorials pertaining to this is greatly appreciated. 

im not new to premiere pro, but I'm far from an expert and wasn't sure where to begin with any of this, but I'm eager to learn.
