All Adobe Programs Freezing PC, not blue screen just freezes

Hi all, recently started doing editing and have continuously had the problem when my PC freezes. No blue screen just freezes, my main monitor goes black and my second monitor is still up. Sometimes I can't move my cursor or do anything but when I can it is extremely laggy and my cursor moves everyone 5 seconds. PC specs are well good enough to run Prem Pro and this happens with all Adobe Programs I have used; Lightroom; Photoshop and Affect Effects.

Please any help would be much appreciated as I'm over losing half of the work I've done on projects.
