Alpha Glow Problem

  • Is the media playing back on a fast enough drive? NA
  • Is the drive connected to a high speed port on the computer? NA
• Are you using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration? Yes
• Do you still have the issue when choosing Project Settings > General > Renderer > Mercury Playback Engine (Software Only)? Yes
• Does the problem only happen with your final output, with previews, or both? All

Jpg are still images.

The Alpha Glow effect adds color around the edges of a masked alpha channel.

A Jpg does not have an alpha channel.
