An Effect Bin Won't Delete

Hi there.
I added a pack of effects (transitions) that I then wanted to delete.

However the bin won't delete. I've deleted all the effects in the bin but when I right-click the bin, DELETE is not useable (greyed out).

Is it possible to delete through Finder (Mac)?

I have even uninstalled PP and reinstalled it and the Effect Bin is still there and still has 'delete' greyed out.

Is there an uninstall utiliity?

I don't remember where I got it from and there isn't a iuninstall utility.

Could be a language issue?

Try resetting prefs.
