an unknown error occurred while saving the project

Please Help me with this problem, i'm using Adobe Premier Pro 2020 ( 14.5) and when press save it pop up like this, my driver free 4TB still got place for alot more project. I have try update it, update windows. clear more space in  harddisk. 

Please is there any solution for this ?
