Any Tutorials Start To Finish Canon R5-C with VR lens For Premeire

I have googled every way I can. Is there any start to finish tutorial on how to go from camera (Canon R5-C with VR Lens) to Premiere and then publish. Tried following the guy HughHou on youtube but he talks so fast and consantly asking you to like his video in between points. I followed but the sequences he shows do not work for me. Cant figure out if I have to go through the Canon software first or I can import directly to Premiere and bypass that step. Been working on this for 6 hours and cant figure it out. Very frustrating. Mainly the point where you select "Source Video" and then "Effect Controls" When I select that nothing shows up in Effects only the in my case "A001C002#####_Canon.mov.0001" That will show something when I goto Effect Controls but the options for VR are not in there. And I did download the latest from Canon on working with VR in Premiere.

    Well I dont know that I actually figured it our but I can now see Effects Control with the Source and see the VR settings. But now I am trying to actually export the 17 second VR Test clip and all it ever does is export a video with two videos side by side and not the complete video. I cant figure out what I am doing wrong. On about hour 12 of trying to figure out how to export a simple 17 second video. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
