Application Has been Blocked From Using Graphics Hardware

Yesterday I updated to Premiere v22 and today I keep getting a message saying 'Application has been blocked from using the graphics hardware' which then freezes the project. I have updated to the latest NVIDIA Studio Driver 472.47 but still have the same issue. Any ideas for a solution would be gratfully recieved.? 

 

Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core 3.79GHz

Ram: 32mb

Does your computer need administrative privileges? If so that might be it.

    Yes it does, in order to make some system changes.. What do you think I need to do?

    Right click and choose Run as administrator when opening the project.
