Arabic diacritics colliding and speacial ligatures not working.

Is there a way to fix it? It doesn't happen on Photoshop, but here, in Premiere, the small alif is colliding with the previous diacritic and the word "allah" is separeted as if it was "اللة". I'm using "KFGQPC Uthmanic Script HAFS".
