Hey everyone,

so I recently changed my laptop and I'm having trouble writing text down in farsi.

I tired to edit my graphic preferences and I don't have the middle eastern option to change.

(note: I had the same issue withmy last pc and I fixed easily as I changed my preferences to middle eastern graphic but I do not have that option at all).

and also even when I write down captions, it shows it prefectly fine in my caption window but threre are just blank triangle transcript on my actual video.

refer down to images below for preferences.

If anyone has a solution for this, I'd be greatful to share your knowledge with me as well.

thanks alot.

The middle eastern option was removed in the last few versions, Adobe introduced the unified text engine and now you can write Arabic natively without problems.
Regarding your issue, are you using an Arabic / Farisi font? You can change the font type of captions in the Essential Graphics Panel.
