are there any audio voice effects in premiere like there are in imovie and final cut pro x?

im looking for audio voice effects to put over voice clips

i used final cut pro x and they have an audio section that lets you add the effect over a clip

im looking for something just like this in premiere any help is appreciated

Did you check the Audio Effects in the Effects panel? That's where any included effects would "live".

What kind of effects are you looking for?

You can add "Pitch Shifter" to change someone's voice so they can sound very "squiky" or like people in witness protection interviews so no one can recognise their voice.
