Are these specs good enough for Adobe Premiere Pro
Is the ASUS ROG Strix GL10DH GL10DH-IN016T Gaming Desktop (AMD Ryzen 7-2700/8GB RAM/512GB NVMe SSD/Windows 10/4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Graphics), Iron Gray enough for working on Premiere Pro?

You need more RAM for that desktop to begin with. You might also want a higher-performance GPU (if that GTX 1650 has only GDDR5 VRAM instead of the more desirable GDDR6 VRAM) (Note: there are multiple variants of the GTX 1650: the original with GDDR5 VRAM, an updated version with GDDR6 VRAM, plus those based on cut-down versions of the TU106 and TU116 GPUs used in the RTX 2060/2070 and the GTX 1660 series GPUs, respectively, with GDDR6 VRAM) and a second internal SSD for that system.
Otherwise, looks decent (at least for 1080p and some 4k work). Performance should be on par (when properly equipped) with the average current-gen 6-core/12-thread CPU-based PC even though the 2700 has 8 cores and 16 threads.
