Assign Effects Preset to keyboard shortcuts?

I want to use keyboard shortcuts more and one feature I assumed would be available, but can't seem to find is assigning effect presets to shortcut. Is this not possible? And if so, can this feature be added?

For example, I edit on a 4k timeline, but some of my footage is on 6k, and I have created a preset that refames to 100% to use for closeup punch ins. It would be very nice to just be able to add this to the tracks i need with a simple keystroke instead of navigating over to the effects menu and dragging it over.
