Attaching a sound effect to a transition(with or without plugins)

I have a video timeline with many cuts
I want to use the video transition called page peel
I also want to add a woosh-like sound effect to it
But there are so many cuts in my timeline it's gonna take a lot of time to add all the transitions and the
sound effects next
I just wanted to know Is there any way to attach a certain sound effect to video transitions so the sound effect will be added with transition to the timeline?
If it is available as plugin, can you link it please?

Hi Mr.

This is going to be a manual process for you straight away. Sorry about that.

 

If you can wrangle After Effects, you could create a Motion Graphics Template that could work, though. You'd need some basic skills there, though. Do you have basic After Effects skills?

 

I don't know of a mogrt you can buy that has this specific effect. Have you searched yet?
