Audio Clip Mixer only displays A1 even though sequence has 10 audio tracks

Having strange behavior from Premiere that I have not encountered before. I am working in a sequence with 10 audio tracks, yet when I open the Audio Clip Mixer, the tool only displays A1. See the attached screenshot to see the problem.

The meters in the clip mixer respond as expected for A1 when I play the sequence, so the tool is definitely "seeing" the correct sequence. However, it's not showing any of the other tracks! Very strange.

Anybody know anything about this, and what I can do to get all the tracks to show up again?

I'm using Ver 15.4.0 of Premiere on a 27" 2017 iMac running OS 10.14.6.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Ok, so while I was here I saw a post about clearing the Media Cache and realized I hadn't done that in a long time. I used the "Delete Unsused Media Cache Files" option, it took several minutes to complete and magically now my Audio Clip Mixer is showing all audio tracks like it's supposed to. Can't say for sure that clearing the cache fixed it, but it would be a crazy cooincidence if it wasn't somehow related. Very odd to say the least.

But if you are reading this bc you had the same problem as I did, try clearing the cache and see if that helps!

I have tried opening & closing it many times. This has been happening consistently for the past week, full computer shut down & restart each day. Problem keeps recurring.
