Audio getting scrambled from Premiere CC to Protools

I am working in the latest version of Premiere. Our sound designer has asked us to Export the film as an AAF, but when he opens it in Protools the film goes out of sync. When I look at it on my end, however, everything appears fine. We have tried starting a new project file and the same thing happens. I don't know what to do to fix this. Has anyone encountered a problem like this before?

Yes i've been having the identical issue in Premiere 2018. The AAF exports fine, but Pro Tools scrambles it and all the audio goes miles out of sync. So far we've been sending OMF's instead and they've been fine, OMF & AAF are similar and Pro Tools reads them both. My feeling is that it's a bug in Premiere 2018 and needs fixing through a software update, as i can't see a logical reason for such a glitch.

Can you verify the ProTools session is set to the same frame rate as your project?

Have you tried exporting an OMF for import into ProTools?

    When you say:

. . . the film goes out of sync.

do you mean it drifts out of sync or the wrong audio is showing up with the video?

Hi!  The frame rate is correct. The sound company we're working with has requested an AAF file specifically (but I might inquire about the OMF), and they keep telling us that the film goes out of sync around 7 minutes, 30 seconds.
