Audio is bad when on mobile.

Hello,
When i see the audio on the timeline its fine,and when i export it its fine but when i transfer it to my phone,it sounds horrible,does anyone has a fix to this?Here are my export settings.

There's a good chance your audio tracks are dual mono but out of phase, when played on a mono phone the left and right tracks cancel out. If this is the problem adding 'fill left with right' audio effect to the faulty clips or tracks should fix it.
