Audio level doesn't change on Mac

Hi All - my first post!! I'm not loving 13.1.1!! When I hit the spacebar to playback the audio level on my Mac / Bose does not increase or decrease if I adjust the level using F12 / F11 on the Mac. In fact it only comes through the Mac and not the Bose which is bluetooth linked. After exporting through media composer F12 / F11 work find to adjust audio and it plays through the Bose!! Has anyone else experienced this? ... and if so what is the fix?

In Premiere Pro, go to Preferences > Audio Hardware > Default Output and set the pop-up menu to the audio device that you'd like to use (in this case, the option for your Bose Bluetooth speaker).

Also, for what it's worth, System Volume Level is what you're adjusting, not Audio Levels.

Hi Warren - thanks for your help. I changed the default output to Bose and it worked!! Not sure why I didn't have t do this before on the previous version of PP I was using but thanks for helping. ... and thanks for correcting me re system volume / audio volume. I also have some issues re the parade scope moving up and down during playback but I'll post that after searching for an answer!!

    Thanks

Get a screengrab of your Audio hardware settings, drag/drop that on the reply box and post it.
