Audio Not Found or Audio Disk I/O Overloaded

The audio wasn't found while scrolling through my OBS Indistinguishable Quality recording saved to my external harddrive.

I've been editing videos all year flawlessly. I used to always use free software Handbrake to convert OBS Lossless recordings to local drive. 

Someone had an option selection to fix the audio issues above when I googled it before but i forget.
