Audio on Import Playing in Slow Motion

I have been working on multiple videos and they all play fine both in and out of Premiere Pro, except for one video that plays fine outside PP but once imported into PP the video plays fine but the audio is playing in super slow motion. Doesn't seem like it would be any general setting since everything else plays fine. I don't even know where to begin with this.

I have the same issue. Some videos have fine video and slow mo audio play mode! I have checked media info and all of my videos are CVR and CBR ("Constant Video Frame" for video and "Constand Bit Rate" for audio).

I have checked "Effect Controls" panel in PP to see if "Preserve Audio Sync" is enabled, but there is nothing because the video is already CBR (not VBR). Most of the videos which have this problem are TikTok videos (dowloaded from TikTok after uploading there)!

PP version 22.0.0 (build 169) (I had this problem with PP 2020 version too).

@adobe do you have any fix for this? It looks like a lot of people are having this issue and I haven't seen any solutions. I'm experiencing the same thing currently.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
