Audio peak files completely messed up and random

Don't really know to how explain this but basically. I had a clip with like 4 tracks and it was working completely fine until at a random point of the video the audio peak files but went completely out of sync. For example: when there was silence in the clip the peak files showed that there was talking and vice versa.
