My audio is slightly out of sync, and when I try to adjust it, it snaps back to align with the video, overshooting the slight adjustment. I've unlinked the video and audio, and patching should be off. What am I missing?
Change your Timeline timecode to Audio units. Then you can move in increments as small as 1 millisecond. In normal framerates, you can only move anything one full frame's worth of distance/time at a time.
