Audio syncing with dubbed content

Hi all,

I have some audio files that have been dubbed into a different language, however the length of the audio file itself is way too long and the audio does not match up once placed onto a timeline.

Of course the dubbed content could have been done so in a different frame rate but how do I go about changing the speed and pitch to the correct settings if im unsure of what the 'frame rate' of the dubbed content is? I know of framerate converter etc to give me the accurate settings to change etc but I dont know what im changing it to?

FYI there is meant to be a cut in the audio tracks above.
