Audio through headphones sounds off

I have connected my Jabra Elite 75t wireless headphones to Premiere Pro but the audio sounds of a worse quality, I hear it changing when I open premiere pro and it also affects any other media I have playing at that time such as youtube or spotify. 

When I go into my macbook settings I sometimes see the audio balance slightly off to the left, but when I adjust it, nothing really happens. I have the problem on two different macbook devices btw.

Whenever I close up premiere pro the sounds goes back to the normal good quality.

Anyone has any idea what's going on here?
